Associate Director, Product Design, Fintech (January 2022 - February 2023)
  • Led team of three remote designers who supported 11 product teams
  • Team successes included two Fintech products with the highest NPS and CSAT scores across the company
  • Incorporated experience metrics based on Google HEART framework into line-of-business OKRs to standardize quality of experience as a measure of success
  • Partnered with product director and Fintech insights team to develop research and experience strategy for new financial product offering
